Stuffed pitta bread strips

I did this once when we were due to go to Sarah Jane's for a party where everyone was bringing some sort of dish. I was late - as usual - had nothing at home, hadn't cooked anything. I had some leftover chicken korma in the fridge. It turned out, surprisingly, to be such a hit!

Cook the pitta breads - toaster is the easiest way - and slit each one open along one long edge. Fill it with any sort of koora (curry, I suppose!!). Then cut the stuffed packet into about 3/4 inch, bite sized strips and pin the edges of each together with a toothpick. Or make a wrap and cut into little rounds (toothpicks again). It is a bit of a cheat, but really works (assuming your filling is tasty!
