Hainanese Chicken Rice w Trimmings
Okay - so this one has an odd history - first eaten cooked by Angie's mother Jenny in Angie's flat in Clapham - the occasion was Sham's 26th birthday I think. There was something about it that caught at me. And in the last decade it morphed first of all into a chicken version of Venkat's Sikandri Raan, then back into a Chinese incarnation.
